BBC report today some new applications of the latest PSP (includes link to video)

including 'Owners of Sony's PlayStation Portable (PSP) handheld console will soon be able to make voice and video calls over a wireless internet connection.'  So the beginnings of some 'authoring' possibilties then...

This is certainly an exciting development for the PSP, having enjoyed VoIP with video using Mac's and PC's it will be interesting to see how this takes off within a more readily mobile environment.

I hope that Sony are busy working on a video capture and editing application that will help with the authoring.
