computer to keep all year….using wireless connections, pupils search
the web…download e-books… and prepare presentations…. without
leaving their desks…”

Just a note of thanks to all who attended the event on Friday.

Both visitors and partners contributed to a super day.

I will thank our schools on behalf of everyone.

Hi David,

We had a great day exhibiting at the Open Day, thanks. I particularly enjoyed our visit to the Giffard school.  The Year 4 pupils all seemed totally confident with their EDAs, and they were only too delighted to demonstrate a wide range of software, not least our SUMS Online games, and Sketchy from GoKnow.

The presentations were also very useful because they concentrated on practical issues. I certainly never realised before quite how much potential e-Books and Pocket Slides had in the hands of a skilled teacher.

Best wishes,

David
