As part of a Masters thesis, I need to know two things:

1. What percentage of educational spending goes to mobile technology and infrastructure?

2. What percentage of jobs require technology (even mobile tech) skills?

Tony Vincent of Handheld learning suggested I seek the HHL community's collective response...
