Handheld Learning - learning with mobile and ubiquitous technologies

I was reading about a maths teacher who creates vodcasts using his IWB screen capture / audio capture to show how to work out maths problems.

It got me wondering if there was a piece of software for handhelds (preferably Windows Mobile 2005 ) that students can use to capture their maths working out with their audio as a video file. This would be great for primaries who need to assess working out / mental maths.
