We like the
ReaderWorks program for creating LIT ebooks for Microsoft Reader.
Our
favorite ebook program though is
MobiPocket. This program has more features, including high res support (which eReader doesnt') and the files work on Palm or PPC. The best thing about MobiPocket is that it has the ability to create interactive ebooks with questions or other activities embedded right in the book. (See
www.k12handhelds.com/curriculum on Sept. 8 for a sample of an interactive MobiPocket ebook.)
