BETT - London, Olympia Jan 12th-15th

This is the major UK event for educational technology and also Ruth Kelly's first public speaking engagement as the new Education Secretary.

I wonder if there will be any announcement for any schemes to promote handheld computers in UK schools? With a background in economics one can only assume that Ms Kelly may well see the benefits of such initiatives  Smiley

Exhibitors (with PDA credentials) include

PalmOne stand E84
Node stand SW106
Bromcom Computers (Wi Fi enabled PDA's) stand C20
Dell Computers stand B44
Economatics stand G42
Valiant Technology stand E80

This list probably not exhaustive so please feel free to add to the list
