Using these resources you could quite quickly weave a stand alone training session for people, and add that all imprtant local value added context. For instance, a theme which involves them entering some information in the memo area, then beaming this to another device. These standa lone, self paced learning modules would be very useful.
Developing Kathy's point (I'm assuming that she intended internet access to these files - apologies if I've got it wrong) it would be even better if they released the quicktime files so they could be stored on an SD card and handed out at the training session.
I'd also like to see the idea of themes, i.e., changes you can make to enhance onscreen reading. This might involve a set of approaches from screen orientation, font sizes, screen colours etc., We could then add the local value added part about assistive technologies and screen magnifiers - Teal Magnify Plus -
