Handheld Learning

We are looking at using Nintendo Wii Fit in our adult literacy and youth group. My partner in crime and I work in the Vocational and Education Sector in TAFE NSW Australia.

A publishing company in Australia is developing some black line stencils for use with Wii Fit covering literacy,numeracy, ICT, problem solving and team work skills.

We have had an early look at these product and they appear quite useful We will be trialling this product with both Adult and youth learners. Topics provided practice for skills in an integrated way.

The worksheets are developed for school students but seem okay for our groups.
