Learning for visually impaired

Hi guys,
it's a long time I haven't write in this forum but believe me I was soo busy.
I've been working on a software prototype for a nintendo ds lite which does text to speech. I got an award for that in the local enterprise competition and I'm proceeding further for fundings. The idea is to give visually impaired a portable device which can be used to read any digital document and use wireless connectivity to download things.
I can't say much at the moment but there will be an application also for object/face recognition for the new Ds lite.
We are submitting for NESTA and SIE competition next week.
Finger crossed!

Hi Sounds interesting! Could you let me know when you can speak more about it? I do a lot of accessibility work, so this would be good to know more about.
Good luck with the competition

Ops I forgot to reply. Yes I'm in contact with them, but things are going very very slowly!
