Belated congratulations go to Mike Short, the vice president of Research and Development at Telefonica O2 Europe, who has been awarded an honorary doctorate by Staffordshire University in recognition of his services to the mobile industry.

Mike was a lead speaker at last years Handheld Learning Conference:
