Concept mapping on eeePC

Anyone out there found a half decent tool for concept mapping on the eeePC?
Ive found a few but they are quite big 60-100MB and rather more than we need to do simple stuff.
Need something more than a drawing package though
Java based would be nice (I dont think I ever imagined a day would ever come when I actually said that)

While you're waiting for the open source version of RedHalo/Activity you might like to look at Exploratree which is an online concept mapping tool that is free to use at:
http://www.exploratree.org.uk/
I recently so it being put to good effect by pupils at Radstock Primary School.
It's a development from Futurelab funded with some wonga from Microsoft as part of their
Enquiring Minds
project (or was that Acquiring Minds?)
