We are concerned that, due to a recent technical glitch, some of the recent submissions made during the past couple of weeks may have got lost in cyberspace.

If you have made a submission and not received a courtesy note in return please would you kindly re-submit.

Sincere apologies for any inconvenience that this may have caused  Embarrassed

For those considering submitting we are still seeking presentations for the main plenaries as well as presentations that might work well as part of a breakout, workshop or poster.

To submit a proposal please visit here.

The closing date is July 2nd

Hi Graham

Is this problem solved now? As I have resubmitted but not had an acknowledgement email?

Cheers

Hi Stu

Yes, your proposal arrived safe and sound along with quite a charge of others which might indicate people are resending or there was a bigger problem than we'd thought and we've lost some  Cry

Anyone reading this, if in doubt please re-submit!

Many thanks

Hi Kathy

I'm pretty sure I saw your submission but I'm currently in Atlanta for NECC  Cool. When I get back on Monday I'll double check.

Also we're going to extend the deadline for submissions so there will be time for anybody who hasn't yet sent in a proposal:

Hi Graham

Is there still an issue with submissions as I proposed a breakout session late last week and I've heard nothing as yet- no auto reply.

Hi Philip

Sorry for the confusion!

Yes, everything is fixed and submissions are coming through in quantity. The automated is response is me Smiley so apologies for my tardiness.

Because of the initial mix up we've also decided to extend the deadline for submissions until 16th July and I'm pleased to say that the quality has been excellent so we're looking forward to another great conference!

Thanks

Graham
