There are quite a few solutions for converting Flash content to the PPC platform. I'd say the one with the most features (including its own scripting extension to AS) is Zinc from Multidmedia. We use that quite a lot for our projects.

A word of caution: FlashPack offers the option to include the Flash Player CAB in your installer application, so you can install Flash on-the-fly, in case it's not on the target device already. It's got to be said that that isn't actually legal unless you pay Adobe a lot of money for the licence. In Handsmart's (very) small print it says that it's your responsibility to obtain a licence. They just give you the option to include it...
